We've been committed to our farmers since 1978, and when they say that there is no "I" in TEAM...it describes us well.  Our crew brings a dynamic set of skills, and background experiences to the table.  These coupled with a passion for service creates a customer centric environment, driven by innovation and service.



Justin Kearns/Partner

Justin brings with him a strong Agricultural Background.  From developing markets for Dow AgroSciences, purchasing crop protection inputs for a National Crop Protection Distributor, to working on teams to build diversified Ag Retail Companies.  He is tasked with managing business operations, and constantly looking for ways to improve our ability to bring value to our customers.  Justin resides with his wife in Nampa, Idaho.


Graham Kearns/Partner

Graham felt the call to move westward at a relatively early age, and upon landing in Idaho, he developed a strong passion for the Area, Agriculture, and Aviation Maintenance.  Under the tutelage of the Hubler Family, well known in the Agricultural Aviation Arena, he has honed his craft.  He is focused on leading the support team that keeps our fleet in the air, and supporting our customers.  Graham resides with his family in Nampa, Idaho.


Andrea Johnson

Customer Service/Accounts Receivable

Andrea brings with her over a decade of experience in customer support, and sales.  A native Idahoan, she spent her formative years in Oregon.    Andrea is a member of a Treasure Valley Farming Family, she has a strong passion for Agriculture and the Farming Community.  She is tasked with insuring that our customers have a direct line to Valley Air, and are given priority.  


Bruce Hubler

Chief Pilot

Bruce is a member of a storied Treasure Valley Aviation Family.  Serving a full career in the Army piloting an Apache Helicopter, then operating a Honeywell Service Center, as well as an Aerial Application Business.  He is tasked with managing our fleet and pilots.  Working on the front lines, insuring we can deliver for our customers, and the service that they are getting is second to none.




Eric Hubler

Aircraft Support Lead

Eric is a Caldwell, ID native, and the grandson of Bill Hubler, the founder of Valley Air.  Growing up in a aviation centric family, it was quite natural that he developed a passion for all things aviation related.  Eric has been working for Valley Air most of his adult life.  He has done it all from flagging, to loading, to wrenching...Eric is tasked with keeping the show going, and he does it well!



Barry Hubler

Ground Crew

Growing up in the Treasure Valley, Barry decided there was more to see, and joined the U.S. Navy after high school.  Upon honorably serving his country, and having the opportunity to sail the globe, Barry decided it was time to come home and put some roots down.  Since that time, he has been working at Valley Air, which seemed to be a natural fit, given his lineage.  Barry is our go to crewman, he insures that on a daily basis, the planes spend as much time in the air as possible.


Phillip Barrus

Aircraft Support Technician

Phillip is a Treasure Valley native, and has always had a passion for Agriculture and Aviation. Throughout the years he has worked on several area farms as a farm hand, as well as spent some time in the livestock industry. Upon graduation from high school, Phillip attended an Ag Aviation program where he achieved his commercial rating and tail wheel endorsement. At Valley Air, he works with our crew to keep the planes in the air, and is working towards a seat himself.





Ben Maxwell/Pilot

Ben is a member of a multi-generational farm family, and grew up near Greenleaf, ID.  After graduating high school, he joined the military where he has many years of service, and has traversed the globe.  Upon the completion of his military service, Ben has owned several businesses, and developed a passion for Agricultural Aviation.  He has logged countless hours of application time with Valley Air.


Jose Perez/Pilot

Jose hails from the country of Costa Rica, but his aviation career has taken him around the globe. His career began in Louisiana, and has taken him as far away as Africa. Jose brings with him countless application hours acquired over the nearly 2 decades that he has been an Agricultural Aviator. Currently, he and his family reside in Costa Rica.
