End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the Valley Air Financial Reporter application ("Application") developed and operated by Valley Air LLC ("Company").

1. Grant of License

The Company grants authorized users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application solely for internal business purposes related to Valley Air LLC financial reporting.

2. Restrictions

Users shall not: (a) redistribute or sublicense the Application; (b) use the Application for any purpose other than authorized internal financial reporting; (c) attempt to reverse engineer or modify the Application; (d) share access credentials with unauthorized parties.

3. Data Usage

The Application accesses QuickBooks Online data for the sole purpose of generating financial reports. All data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

The Application and all related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Valley Air LLC.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Valley Air LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Application.

7. Termination

The Company may terminate this license at any time. Upon termination, users must cease all use of the Application.
