Valley Air Financial Reporter is an internal application operated by Valley Air LLC ("we", "us", "our") for the sole purpose of generating financial reports from QuickBooks Online data.

Information We Access

This application accesses QuickBooks Online accounting data exclusively for authorized Valley Air LLC companies (Kearns Capital Holdings LLC, Valley Air LLC, and Valley Air Service Inc). The data accessed includes financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

How We Use Information

All data accessed through this application is used solely for internal financial reporting and analysis purposes. We do not sell, share, or distribute any financial data to third parties.

Data Storage

OAuth tokens are stored locally on secured company devices. Financial report data is processed in memory and stored only in locally generated report files. No data is transmitted to external servers beyond the QuickBooks Online API.

Data Security

We use industry-standard OAuth 2.0 authentication to securely connect to QuickBooks Online. Access tokens are refreshed automatically and stored securely on local systems.

Third-Party Services

This application connects solely to the Intuit QuickBooks Online API. No other third-party services receive your data.
